This place has the most unique happy hour..... essentially it is a free of charge happy hour with free wine and liquor and snacks in the lobby/restaurant area! The staff even say you can bring some snacks and a drink to your hotel room! Very helpful staff.

The human touch of offering drinks, snacks in the evening is wonderful, it gives the day a good ending. Like the space within the building design, and the use of cafe tables for eating take out snacks, complimentary beverages give tourists like my family a good chance to get back to hotel, refresh and out for sightseeing again.
