chegamos no quarto e a porta não queria abrir até descobrimos o "segredo". A cozinha estava fedendo a urina, um nojo, a geladeira estav aimunda, com restos de comida e marcas de produtos que escorreram, O quarto e a sala cheios de areia, o sofá cheio de farelo, os colchões moles. Péssima experiência pelo valor. Não vale nem $50 dólares a diária.

Stay away from this place. Parties all night long. I had a reservation near the ocean and they advise me 24 hours before we check in that they could no longer have us the room we had reserve and send me to one other facility they have 10 min ride from the ocean. I would like to be reimburse by hotel.com for no respect to my reservation I paid for.

Upplevdes smutsigt. Toaletten var trasig och läckte avloppsvatten på golvet. Kackerlackor i bostaden. Trasigt elektroniskt dörrlås gjorde det omöjligt att ta sig in i rummet på flera timmar. Checkade ut och bytte boende redan efter halva vistelsen. Rekommenderas inte.

It hadn’t a person to help in the check in. And the number of room’s code was broken. I stayed for 30 min out of the room, trying to entrance. It was very cold. I send a lot of email to hotel and nobody answered. After, I called to a number of celular that this site gave me and I could to podem the door with a other code .and the hotel it hadn’t sugar or coffee.

Check in was difficult. First of all there is a very long form where you have to send them both sides of your driver's license and multiple pictures and put in a credit card. After all that they didn't even send me the instructions to get into the room. Took multiple requests and then they gave me the room number and the code. Unfortunately the electronic door lock was out of batteries and so it didn't work. After that I did get a code for the lock box which did open the door finally. Took maybe 30 minutes from when I got to the hotel.

Upon arrival door to room was unlocked before entering the code. The code panel did not have power so we called the contact number for help. We did not want to leave our belongings in the room and go to eat in an insecure room. They said they would send help but couldn’t tell how long it would be. We reloaded our bags back into our car and went to dinner. 1 1/2 later help arrived and couldn’t fix lock. Gave us a door key to use. Not happy with this

Great location, excellent bathroom, room was comfortable. The first day sign in was a little longer as the digital lock wouldn't work but it was because it had no batteries. A little cleanup would have been great. Otherwise location, room and the rain shower shower head was excellent. It's very close to the beach as well.

Room was great. Beachy feel. The blankets were not heavy enough, it was just a quilt. For this price there was no little shampoos or soaps. We got the room in a pinch and it was pricey, not to have a few little toiletries was disappointing. Also, people were smoking outside around the pool area, so when you walked out it smelled strongly of smoke. Those three things brought down the rating of the property for us.

excellent cost effective stay! 3 minute walk to the beach, and very responsive property management. we had an issue with our stovetop and they were able to rectify it the same day. water pressure in the shower was limited but it did the job for a short trip! great location, clean space, and comfortable beds!

Nobody around for help if you need a towels or something else. The kitchen is a joke, the must important thing is a little sink in the area where they call kitchen. Nowhere to hanging one piece of clothes. They need to improve the facility, for sure.
