The Pagan motorcycle group took all available parking spaces, a parking pass was available for an additional $200, the smell hurt my nose and chest, I couldn't stay - I didn't feel safe, no refunds are available and additional fees are charged - read the fine print!!!

It would be really good if they stopped misleading people with false advertising. This place is horrible and it made me feel extremely embarrassed in front of my family. They didn’t even bother to change the bed sheets. Luckily, we were coming from another place and had clean bedding in our car. I don’t think they’ve ever cleaned under the beds—there were French fries thrown in the corners of the room, full of ants! Please don’t stay at this lodging, it’s not worth it, not even for $20 a night.

This place it’s dated, not well kept! Not a place to stay away from home. The staff is nice and helpful. But, Unfortunately, how the place is kept, depreciates the fact that they are accommodating, they could do better. It was nice that they were pet friendly, nevertheless l would not recommend this place. Very dissatisfied l just wanted to come back home. ASAP!!!!

This property was terrible. Mold in the rooms set off my asthma. Tube was sandy (so not cleaned before we arrived). Bedcover threadbare. Barely repaired holes in hallway walls. The door jam to my room showed clear evidence that it had been broken into multiple time. Caulking to seal bathroom fixtures looked like raccoon had performed the work. Broken and unusable patio furniture. No lock on door to the outside. I have pictures supporting all of these claims. DO NOT stay at this property. The pictures are truly misleading. You are getting hostel (or tenement) accommodations for the price of a mintier hotel. Had to leave after one night. Reception immediately said "no problem. We will refund your card within three business days." It's now 3 weeks later and nothing. Cannot call this business because no one ever picks up the phone. If I could rate this property 0 stars, I would.

It was our first time bringing our kids to seaside and this hotel was the worst. The pictures didn’t match the actual room we booked. Was more of a motel feel, the hot water was nonexistent, only 1 tv in what should have been a living room but they put a 3rd bed. Ceiling tiles were popping down, you could see light through the main door, had to get my own toilet paper from an employee only door since there was no one in the main office. The ONLY nice thing was how close it was to the boardwalk. We will NEVER stay here again

Do not stay

The toilet seat in one room was wobbly and cracked, therefore my mother fell. The rooms were not clean, we had ants. The stairs were slanted at such an angle that it was difficult to walk up and dangerous to walk down. No ventilation in the bathroom so the ceiling tiles were moisture damaged. We checked out after one night because it was unclean and unsafe. They refunded the remaining nights but nothing for the fall or the ant problem.

The first place which is listed here we couldn’t stay in the room it had a real musty like smell it bothered my daughters asthma plus there were towels on the floor not sure if the room was clean but we were two hours early perhaps the room wasn’t finished yet. I went and spoke to the gentleman at the office he went above and beyond and found us a room at another location it was wonderful he was so helpful the place we got put in was so clean and right on the board walk the staff there was also super friendly and gave us 10 percent off at the food place on the corner which was delicious. The place we ended up staying in was Sand and surf inn north beach
