The worst place in São Paulo! It's a disgusting place! I got to my room and everything was dirty, the towels weren't clean, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Plus, everything is old and in poor condition, the elevator smells like food, and it's very damp. I went downstairs right away to check out, and they promised to give me a refund, but that never happened, and they stole my money.

This hot, el was my go to property on our visits to Sao Paulo (normally about once a month). Unfortunately the hotel has been getting from bad to worse. Now they only clean the rooms once every three days. Any additional cleaning before the three days is subject to a charge. The hotel may be under construction as for the second time , I woke up and there was no running water. Out of three elevators one is out of order and another one has a dirty construction cover. At least three times I had to go back down to get my card keys reprogrammed as they stopped working. Very inconvenient as sometimes trying to go down to the first floor took a while due to the heavy use of the elevators. Due to the age of the hotel, they do not have the luxury of cleaning the rooms every three days. Breakfast buffet is great and very complete. Cleaning ladies are very friendly. I sincerely hope they get better as the hotel is centrally located close to restaurants and transportation.
