Old but did the job for me. In the city, right opposite train station so pretty convenient if that’s where you want to be. Ensuite bathroom was clean enough. Sink is a bit tiny so awkward to fill jug up for hot drink but manageable enough. Was able to get a park outside on street which is free from 8pm to 8am the next day so that was good.
