Nice 1 night stay

We only stayed for one night, so we didn't need much, just a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The place is clean but is very much outdated and needs renovation. The staff is very friendly and polite, the breakfast is basic but very good. I only missed some fruit, vegetables and eggs.

A star each for the friendly personnel, the cleanliness and good location. 2 stars deduction for the extreme noise from other guests in the lobby during nighttime. May be it was bad luck that night, but I expect the receptionists to intervene.

Staff is excellent. A decent breakfast. Hotel description says there is an airport shuttle but there is not. However the green Titsa San Isidro bus goes directly from TNS to a stop only three short blocks away, costs about €2. Make sure you get off at the San Isidro bus station outside the Hotel Ucanca or else you will wind up an hour away in Santa Cruz.

Most depressing hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Took 2 DAYS to get an extra pillow, the swimming pool was empty and someone tried to mug me as I walked back to the hotel on my last night……avoid at all costs!!
