I had an excellent stay here, mostly because the customer service is truly outstanding. The staff is friendly, helpful, and really goes above and beyond. The room is small, but it’s clean, modern, and brand new. Just note: the shower has a clear glass door, so there’s basically no privacy. Perfect for one person, but something to consider if you’re sharing the room. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware that you can hear some noise from outside not terrible, but noticeable. The location is amazing super convenient and easy to get around. If you have the local bus card, it’s a quick walk to public transport. If not, just keep in mind you’ll likely need to use Uber to get around more comfortably. I also loved the kitchen area, where you can store your food and use the tea/coffee machine. Overall, despite the small room and minor noise, the incredible customer service, convenient location, and modern aesthetic make this a place I’d highly recommend.

A localização do hostel é muito boa, próximo a restaurantes, farmácias, supermercados, a limpeza do hostel estava boa, as cápsulas são bem confortáveis e pra entrarna cápsula é necessário usar o cartão fornecido pela hospedagem, a equipe de funcionários é muito atenciosa e aqui cabe um elogio especial a Lorena e ao Davi que são muito atenciosos com todos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. A cozinha tem utensílios básicos, micro-ondas, uma chapa, chaleira, eles deixam uma garrafa de café disponível para os hóspedes e a única coisa que falta na cozinha é um fogão, nem que seja elétrico para fritar um ovo, por exemplo.

Já me hospedei tanto nas cápsulas quanto no quarto. As cápsulas são incríveis: limpas, silenciosas, bem cheirosas e com ar-condicionado em temperatura agradável. O quarto tem cama confortável e conta apenas com pia e box com chuveiro — o vaso sanitário é compartilhado e fica fora do quarto. Vale destacar que o box não oferece privacidade dentro do próprio quarto. A equipe é ótima, o prédio é novinho e a localização excelente. Ambiente no estilo hostel, com cozinha compartilhada disponível para os hóspedes.

O Atendimento é muito bom, o hotel é bem legal, o quarto (com cama de casal) é bem apertadinho mas é ok. O problema maior é que a parede é muito fina e todo o barulho da cozinha do restaurante que fica ao lado dava pra ouvir, inclusive os funcionários conversando, o restaurante fecha 1h da manhã e os barulhos de panelas e conversas duram até as 2h
