This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk. I think the only possible issue was the very steep stairs that might not be good for older guests or young children. All said, we’ll definitely be back again.

Overall, check-in was easy. The location was great. The room itself was nice if it weren't for the absolutely horrendous stench of sewage and the clogged sinks in the bathroom. The smell was horrific, it actually made me nauseous. The upstairs room was not as bad so we slept upstairs. We attempted to contact guest services but, they apparently only respond during the day not in the evening or early mornings. When they finally did respond to our message about the smell and the clogged sinks, they said the smell was because of the restaurant next door. They sent a maid to unclog the sink which only ended up causing the other sink to clog. The smell was still horrific and they were not helpful or apologetic in anyway. They offered no alternatives, no discount, nothing. And I can assure you, the smell wasn't fish from the restaurant next door. It wreaked of sewage smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you have zero sense of smell - and even then I'm not sure that is sanitary.

Dejlig nyrenoveret lejlighed, med perfekt lokation midt i La Spezia. Ikke langt fra tog, som giver nem adgang til byerne i Cinque Terre. Det var en anelse lydt fra gården og nabogæsterne og der var ingen reception, samt eneste måde at kontakte på var WhatsApp beskeder, hvilket er bekymrende, hvis der sker noget, men det gjorde der heldigvis ikke for os. Vi kan godt anbefale dette sted, stor værdi for pengene.

Helt nyrenoveret lejlighed, med god beliggenhed midt i La Spezia og i gåafstand til tog, der giver nem adgang til hele Conque Terre. Der kunne godt være isoleret lidt mere, det var meget lydt fra gæsterne i værelset ved siden af og ude fra gågaden. Vi valgte at blive en ekstra nat, hvilket jo i sig selv er positivt. Vi kunne godt have ønsket lidt bedre support til dette. Men alt i alt et godt ophold og meget værdi for pengene.
