Our check-in took forever, and when we finally got to our room, the key cards didn’t even work. Once inside, we found the fridge wasn’t working—which was a major issue since I was staying there for a procedure and needed to keep my medication cold.
Maintenance was sent, but the person who showed up smelled strongly of alcohol, which was very concerning. I then tried to turn on the heat, and it barely worked. When I went to take a shower, the water never got properly hot.
To top it all off, the bed caved in the middle and had a strong, unpleasant odor.
This used to be my favorite hotel to stay at, but since the new ownership took over, the quality has gone downhill significantly. Overall, this felt more like a Motel 6 than what this place used to be.
