The staff was very kind, accommodating our family on very short notice after we were unable to leave the country as originally scheduled, due to the recent events in Puerto Vallarta and the state of Jalisco. The hotel itself is quite lovely, with architecture very typical of the colonial style of Puerto Vallarta's central, including a charming courtyard and indoor/outdoor dining area. Our room was well-appointed, with comfortable beds and beautiful saltillo tile floors. From the rooftop deck, you can enjoy great views of the ocean. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, and you are also in walking distance of the Maleón and several beaches.

Quaint boutique hotel with only 13 rooms and 6 employees. Staff were extremely attentive and rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, too. Close to the malecon, but far enough away so we didn't hear all the noise at night. Will definitely stay here again while visiting Puerto Vallarta.

Liz was wonderful and made sure I felt completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I was originally supposed to stay at my father-in-law’s house, but from the second I got there, everything went wrong. By the time I checked into the Pueblo Hotel, I hadn’t slept in almost two days and hadn’t even had a chance to shower I desperately needed peace. I booked the hotel the same day and arrived just a couple of hours later. While waiting for my room, I was able to relax on their rooftop overlooking the water, and for the first time in days, I could finally take a deep breath. The staff is incredibly attentive; they even let you choose the scent used to clean your room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is also perfect: walking distance to the Malecón, restaurants, and shops. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to reset.

Vi hade en fantastiskt vistelse på hotellet! En fantastiskt vacker och lugn liten oas för paus från stadens höga puls, men samtidigt med perfekt location nära till allt. Ägarna och alla som jobbade var fantastiskt trevliga och välkomnande och hotellet är som en liten hemtrevlig mysig by. Rummet var relativt enkelt men väldigt fint och otroligt välstädat med allt vi behövde. Fin terrass med pool och utsikt över havet. God frukost med flera alternativ som till exempel färsk frukt, pannkakor, ägg och toast. Det perfekta hotellet för dig som föredrar vacker och personlig service framför de stora all inclusive hotellen. Vi fick till och med välja ut handgjorda tvålar för vår vistelse!

Staff are great….friendly, accommodating, very responsive. Room very clean, good size. Breakfast was just fine. Recommend that bottle water be provided in the room, especially the day of arrival, since guests may not have water and tap water is not drinkable.
