This resort is stuck in the 80s with no apparent updates since then. The fans were super dusty and dilapidated. The AC on the first floor where the kitchen and living room is only work for 15 minutes and then cut out and would not turn back on. The stairs around the entryway we're very poorly lit and are very serious tripping hazard.

This was our first stay here and I loved the location. Easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. Dukes is a great option for dinner. We love walking on the beach early in the morning. Banyon Harbor Resort is a short drive from the airport and located near grocery stores. The resort is centrally located so day drives can be easily done to many locations. We had a very nice stay.

Very clean, convenient location. Apartment buildings were very well marked, even having covered parking for our unit. Be aware that there are no elevators. We were on the 3rd. floor. Shower had a low step in that didn’t keep the water in. Interesting shower head with both a main and handheld that didn’t allow switching well. Despite some hiccups, it met our needs and would consider a return stay.
