Front office staff was great! Asked a maid for extra towels on our first day and never received room service after that. The only other time we saw a maid was at 9:30 AM when she knocked on our door and told us it was time to checkout. Check-out time was supposed to be at 10! Breakfast was mid. Only one juice worked and the hot foot stayed empty both days. We were in a king suite and the air conditioner doesn’t reach the side of the room that has a bed so it was hot!
