I booked this hotel because it is a VIP property. However, there is no desk or staff to talk to. Therefore, there is no way to request an early check-in (other than paying for it upon online check-in), no way to request a room upgrade, or no way to request a late checkout. As a Gold member, these are basic services I should be able to request. This property should not be a VIP and I will not be returning there.

Air conditioner is ok during day time hours. I sweat every night though. They regulated it at night. Would not allow temperature to go below 72 degrees and it was hot at night. Wasn't impressed with the staff that were on property grounds. They were border line rude in response to some of my questions. 1300.00 for 3 night, I should have stayed at sunshine suites which offers so much more.

Room was very clean, property was nicely maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice pool area also. Beach access was right across the street. There are no chair rentals at this beach so you can buy at the Cost U Less next door, or sit on your beach towel. You have to bring your own beach towels, also would recommend bringing an extra bath towel for each person in the party. We received fresh towels once after the third day of our weeklong stay.

Good location, across the street from the beach and close to the main areas. Easy to get in/out. One thing to note is everything is an extra charge. Need more than 2 towels it’s an upcharge (8USD/2), housekeeping is 55USD.

Great location and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet and lots to do. The pool was relaxing and the food at the Village cafe was amazing. I used the gym and there was a laundry room available if needed. My unit was spacious clean and comfortable, perfect for my solo trip.

Beautiful property. Nice clean rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. I just wish they would provide more towels, but if you do laundry and wash your towels make sure you dry for 1 hour. 30min is not enough.

Need paper towels, and also have two sets of towels at least at no Extra charge. Clean up the Wi-Fi receiver that’s under the kitchen table so it’s hidden away. TV was sent to the wrong country so it was not sure if we should change the TV country so we could use it. We got a message saying we have to change some settings.

The room was great. The fully stocked kitchenette was perfect for saving a little bit of money and making food at home. Proximity to the beach and to the grocery store was excellent at a 4 minute walk. The room was very quiet and we never heard anyone in the halls or in their rooms. If by chance you forgot your charging block the outlets have USB-C and USB-A outlets. A few cons though, minor but noteworthy. There was only two bath towels and no wash cloths. Next, the kitchen didn’t have any drying towels or paper towels. The bed was firm, which I like, however the pillows are also firm and very uncomfortable. Lastly, the laundry room does not have any laundry soap and none was provided when I purchased the token. Thankfully a wonderful woman doing her laundry offered me one. That being said I would definitely be back to stay here! Last note, the hotel is perfectly located for all the beach restaurants on seven mile beach and going into Georgetown.
