Everything about this hotel exude class. From the friendly staff to the amenities in and outside of the property. As mentioned, the staff was amazing but there was one person who made our vacation extra-ordinary, this was HOA from guest relations. From the minute we checked-in and checked out of the hotel, Hoa went above and beyond to help us experience DaNang from a different lense.
