Very nice alternative to staying in a hotel. Comfortable and plenty of space for a couple or small family. Having the small ‘patio’ area right on the water was amazing. It’s the perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. We saw a manatee swimming right behind the houseboat. The living room was cozy and the kitchen was great for preparing quick breakfast or afternoon snacks. Having two separate A/C units made it easy to keep a perfect temperature. The location was also good. It’s nice and quiet, but still close enough to the center of Marathon to make it convenient.

Stayed for 5 nights friends. The house boat we stayed in was new . Plenty of room for the three of us. Great for a small family. The office was very friendly. Such a fun alternative to a hotel room. We can’t wait to book again next year.

Yacht Haven in Marathon exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were excellent—spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, including a kitchenette stocked with a full set of plates, glasses, and utensils, plus a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster. The real highlight, though, is the back deck. The views are absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset, and we loved the daily visits from wildlife like manatees and cranes. It made the whole experience feel peaceful and unique. We would absolutely stay here again.

For 3 of the 4 days there was no air conditioning . Informed office of issue , nothing was done till third day , 85 above during the day was not enjoyable , they did not seem to be concerned , Management reply to my email after I left was that they went down there and it is working now , they added freon to fix the problem at the end of the third day !!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was something a little different, would have been a nice place to stay longer than 1 night. It slept 6 comfortably but only had the 1 twin bed in the loft where it could have fit 2 which would made it easier. The couch made a nice bed also but would not have had to make if 2 twins up there. Just a thought. It was clean and ready for us. Check in was great, we came late, the key was in the box. In the morning the girls were very welcoming.

Tudo muito, mas muito bom! Ficamos hospedados por duas noites no barco 7. Camas muito confortáveis, cozinha completa e muito funcional. O que mais nos chamou a nossa atenção foi a limpeza de tudo (roupas de cama, toalhas, panelas, pratos, talheres...). Local ideal para famílias e para que gosta da natureza. Acordar com os peixes bois nadando no ladinho do nosso barco foi uma experiência incrível!!! Nota 1000!!!

Great place to stay and the people are very nice. Centrally located and have grocery store right next door. The facility was clean and convertible. The one thing I would warn anyone who wants to stay here is if you have motion sickness the constant movement of the boat will cause you issues.

If you count the sofabed, there were four separate full size beds. The loft is just a mattress on the floor, but one of the kids claimed it quick because it felt like a whole secret clubhouse up there. Water was hot, beds were all fresh and comfy, and the grocery store was less than 5 minutes walk. We were sad we saw no manatees like most people reported, but other than that we would definitely stay here again!

Yacht Haven Marina was exactiy as described and we loved everything. We saw manatees outside the boat every day! The staff was very friendly and the house boat was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
