Funcionários mau educados, no dia do chekin qdo fui argumentar com a recepcionista fui chamada de abusada, extremamente sem educação uma pessoa de baixo nível tanto qto está espelunca q chamam de hotel! O quarto estava investido de barata, a pia do banheiro entupida, tive que trocar de quarto porque o ar condicionado estava pingando em mim enquanto dormia, o colchão é muito ruim com buracos, tem uma recepcionista mulher muito mau humorada, fiquei muito decepcionada não recomendo, porque o atendimento é ruim, acomodação péssima, não fazem manutenção e nem investimentos para melhor atender os clientes, falta treinamento com os funcionários, absurdo a falta de higiene

De chegada já tivemos uma má impressão, a atendente parecia não entender o que falávamos, um mau atendimento já de chegada, elevador dava até medo, tanto que meu filho resolver subir sempre de escada, a piscina não dava para ver o fundo, água escura, optamos em não entrar, no quarto estava tudo limpo, mas a cama de mola muito ruim, para finalizar o café da manhã , difícil tomar, não porque o café era ruim mas o problema é que nunca tinha, acabava rápido e eles não davam conta de repor, sala pequena e lotada, uma dificuldade, a melhor parte foi a saída , foi rápido entregamos e chave e já era, para 3 estrelas tem muito que melhorar.
