My wife tells me : The Hotel is like stepping back in history. It’s made up of 10-11 small houses joined together. Every morning there were groups of tourists making a photo stop just outside the hotel. It’s exquisite and luxurious. Room - large, Memory foam pillows, bathrobes, umbrella, slippers, hand lotion, conditioner seemed standard. Attention to detail is unmatched. Breakfast - served from 0645 to 1100 on weekdays and upto 12 noon on weekends (unbelievable). Wide variety of breads, cereals, yogurts, fruits, croissants, hot/cold beverages and hot breakfast (to order) Staff - ALL staff members ( receptionists, breakfast ladies) were amazing, polite, attentive and spoke multiple languages.

The hotel is conveniently located across the Old town, Petite France and Christmas markets. There are a lot of restaurant choices nearby. The hotel ambience was beautiful. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was large, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. They offered a wide variety of food options. Service was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Strasbourg.
