Great hotel and really want to come back. Heated pool was brilliant, only issue it’s not very big and full of kids and I did come out smelling funky compared to coming out of the other pools I suspect lots of little kids may be peeing in the pool? Room was good, brilliant to have 2 sinks a bath and a shower and a separate toilet, toilet has a bidet but would be better to have a proper bum washer (Muslim shower) instead had all amenities needed, cleaning was good but basic. Balcony is a small one but good. Buffet is delicious something for everyone, but repetitive, lots of taglines and salads, always a pizza bar, wok station, pasta station. BBQ was great. Restaurants. Moroccan one brilliant and delicious and authentic tasting with brilliant service, don’t bother with the Asian one starters were good but the mains tasted like ready meals. Aqua park. Brilliant. I couldn’t see any showers which most Aqua parks have which is a shame. Lifeguards are everywhere but I did notice very often they were on their phones a lot, maybe because it was quiet when we went. Animation was good, we only discovered animation and party at the aqua park on the final night. This wasn’t advertised anywhere we just thought there was entertainment in the conference rooms. We did sleep early most nights though! Beautiful hotel, surroundings, trees, well maintained outdoor spaces and Riad style parts of the hotel. Stunning and luxurious feeling. Fantastic place for a family holiday!

We have never experienced such a disappointing stay at a 5-star hotel before. The hotel in no way lives up to the standard of a 5-star all-inclusive hotel. Firstly, the service at the restaurants is practically non-existent. No one comes to ask if you need anything or want something to drink. Only at the end of our 11-day stay did we meet two waiters, Abdelsalam and another colleague, who were actually friendly and attentive. Otherwise, there was generally zero service. The staff at the bar by the music area appear very negative, and when you approach it, it feels like you are a nuisance. One employee named Youssef in particular had a very negative impact on the experience. The toilets at the aquapark are beyond criticism – they are reminiscent of toilets from a summer festival, very dirty and often without paper. In the large aquapark area, there is only water and soda available, which you have to get yourself. There is no service where the staff offers anything. The plastic glasses that drinks are served in are very unhygienic. When you ask for a bottle of water, it is refused citing their rules. As a family with three children who have paid for all inclusive, you expect that basic things like ice cream for the children are included. This is not the case here - ice cream costs extra (around 50 dirhams per ice cream) which is completely unacceptable. It should be clearly stated on the hotel website what is included and what is not. During our stay it rained for two days

Rigtig fint hotel, med dejlige faciliteter. Dog skal det siges, at rejser man med små børn, bør hotellet genoverveje tidspunkterne for morgen, middag og aftensmad. Specielt middag (1230am) og aftensmad (0700pm) ligger for sent, hvis man har små børn med. Deres Kids Club trænger til noget mere moderne legetøj, og virker slidt. Når Kids Club lukker 0500pm, mangler der underholdning til børnene, da deres Mini Disco først åbner kl 0800pm, hvilket er alt for sent for små børn. Ellers var service rigtig god og rengøringen var god. Generelt set rigtig godt hotel!

The staff and food were the two things that really impressed us during our stay. We felt well pampered and looked after. The staff were also fantastic with our child. Having a heated pool and access to the water park was a great treat. The pool might be the cleanest outdoor pool I've ever used. The shuttle into old town was also a nice feature. A fantastic place to rest and relax!

Hôtel agréable, chambres spacieuses (en mars 2026 certaines commencent à être rénovées et seront certainement encore mieux qu’actuellement. On regrette simplement que dans leurs configuration actuelle, il n’y ait pas de prise proche du lit pour recharger son téléphone). L’hôtel propose des excursions, mais vous pourrez facilement trouver les mêmes sur internet pour deux fois moins cher. L’offre de restauration est correcte. Seul bémol : pour les plats chauds au déjeuner et au dîner, vous ne pouvez pas vous servir tout seul et on vous sert le minimum. Si vous osez demander un peu plus, on vous fera comprendre que vous êtes enquiquinant.

Hotellet var rent och fint! Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummet var stort och fint men vi var tre vuxna och ett barn. Två vuxna fick sova på typ schäslonger och de var lite för hårda. Maten var good och varierande. I vår bokning ingick en middag på deras restaurang Féz och jag tyckte att det var helt ok.

Only issue I had was arrival at the airport and no ride to the hotel. I messaged the hotel weeks before days before even the day of they responded days later after we already checked in saying that they couldn't accommodate because we didn't inquire 48 hours prior which is really stupid to me because I did I emailed i sent dm's through Instagram. I even sent a message through the chat on Expedia, still nothing. That part was really dumb to me.So whoever is in charge of the booking of rides should be cussed out.Don't depend on a ride.Get you a taxi.Everything else was great.The staff was great.I love the place.The 3 stars is because of the travel I didn't get

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Eden Andalou Aqua Park à Marrakech. L’hôtel est très beau, propre et bien organisé. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours disponible. L’aqua park est vraiment top pour les petits comme pour les grands. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, et la restauration est bonne avec un large choix. Un grand merci à Hind, la barmaid, toujours souriante et agréable. Merci également aux serveurs du restaurant : Mohsine, Younes, Fatimez Zahra et Tarik, très professionnels, très polis, courtois et toujours avec le sourire. Un clin d’œil aussi aux deux animateurs à l’entrée : le jeune homme à l’entrée de l’hôtel, habillé en tenue traditionnelle marocaine, qui sert le thé à la menthe, ainsi qu’à celui du restaurant, toujours chaleureux et souriants. Une belle touche d’accueil marocain dès l’arrivée. Hôtel exceptionnel du début jusqu’à la fin, avec une réception très professionnelle. Les femmes de ménage sont très gentilles et les chambres sont très bien entretenues. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir. Wanted to mention a few of the staff we interacted with - everyone was nice but especially a shout out for Amine who is onsite entertainment team and the brilliant energy he brought. From dancing to archery lessons :) In the lounge we are welcomed by the gracious tea person - didn’t have the name but really wanted to say thank you for the hospitality. Similarly in Atlas restaurant- the very warm waiter who brought us Moroccon coffee and always had a chat with my son. Great food from chef and omelettes and other food cooked !
