Hotel more for family whith children - big part of evening entertainment is like a visit to a childrens club whith songs and children running around until very late. Breakfast is super fine and pool area as well - but children running around all the time. If you want a calm holiday - avoid Gloria Palace Hotel and try another hotel +16/adults. The hotel is located on a hill so have good condition also you want to walk to San Agustin center.

We had a really nice stay! The staff were wonderful they went out of their way to accommodate our last-minute request for a room close to our friends, which we truly appreciated. The location is great, about a 1.5 km walk to the beach, so it’s easy to get out and explore. The food was okay overall. As a vegetarian, breakfast was a bit hit and miss, but there were still some good options to make it work. Recommend renting a car to eat out! The gym was decent a bit hot and quite busy, and the rower wasn’t working during our stay but they did a great job keeping fresh towels and water available. Overall, a pleasant experience and we’d happily return!
