What a fabulous two night stay at The Address, Glasgow! Booked an early check in and were greeted with an upgrade on arrival - it was so appreciated! More comfortable bed we have slept in in a hotel and the shower was amazing - so relaxing! Great location and hotel was spotless! Staff so friendly and helpful. Dined at North and it was so nice - great food and drinks! Can’t wait to come back!

Front desk staff was a mixed bag. We had one excellent staff and two that were not great. Bar and dining room staff were great. Friendly and accommodating. We stayed twice over a week....one room had several problems we reported but were never addressed and the second room was an accessible room that was awkward and had an adjoining room with super loud guests that kept us up all night. We booked a twin room, which was very dark despite light being on. The single beds were not singlebeds but probably 3/4 of a single bed. Very narrow..not comfortable at all. The noise from outside made it very difficult for us to sleep. Breakfast was nice when we eventually got it. They seemed to have run out of a lot of the cooked breakfast and we, amongst others, had to wait at least 20 mins for a new batch to come out. Staff were lovely though.
