The helpful staff is the best thing about this hotel. They sorted out a very cold room with inadequate bedding with a smile, helped with a taxi and nothing too much trouble. The hotel is a bit worn round the edges, and they had a drains problem making the lift and corridor smelly. It’s 20 mins from the airport - ok for a stopover.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, if you have a flight next morning. Staff really helpful, transfer to IST free, the room was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My flight was early in the morning, they gave me a sandwich and juice, which helped me a lot, as IST is extremely expensive. Highly recommend. Great hotel.
