We paid extra for a water view and it was completely blocked by the staircase The TV and WiFi did not work for the first 2 days, they sent out someone that said we were in a vortex with circular hand motions! But all the other rooms worked When we arrived to check in we had to sign 8 pages of agreements and pay a additional $79 for maintenance fee after I paid total cost including all taxes and charges 4 months ago I have stayed here before and there was no additional charge at check in, I go ever year to play golf and will no longer stay here I deleted my hotels.com app

Fantastic location in old town Bandon, with everything within walking distance and right across from the marina. No contact check-in made staff seem a bit elusive, but an email request for additional room supplies was promptly attended to. The hotel is a bargain, but lacks basic amenities like an ice machine, laundry, business accommodations, etc. On-site wifi was extremely slow. Wouldn't hesitate to book again for personal travel, but you may want to reconsider if you are booking a business trip.

It was a nice stay, with the exception of the fact that I booked a room that had a couch or living area and didn't get it so was a little disappointed. The room was very cute and clean and the beds were comfy. The shower was pretty small in our room but did the trick. The only negative thing I can say is the outside needed a little work on their yard but it is winter so take that as a big factor. I would stay again, very cute inside and great location.

I had chosen the room based on the pictures for the single room, Bayview. The inside pictures were correct; it was a lovely living room and bedroom. However, the pictures of The Bay View were not even close to the view we got. Elsewhere on the resort you could see the bay but from our unit all we could see was the outside stairwell. It was very disappointing because I had booked for two nights planning to sit and sip our coffee while enjoying our lovely View. I did call the Inn's phone number, and they were willing to relocate us to another room. However, we would not have a nice living room, and all of our stuff was already unloaded into this room. I did request that they changed the pictures of The Bay View so that others would not be deceived. It also seemed from the photos that we might have access to a kitchen area as a common area but that was not the case. The location of this Inn was so convenient to the old town of Bandon, easy scenic walking areas, excellent little shops and restaurants all nearby.

The ceiling must have been paper thin; it sounded like the people upstairs had horses in their room until 12:30 at night, it was so loud. The wifi didn't work either night. On the other hand, the room seemed cute to my wife, which gives it a star.

Enjoyed the 1 night stay but can’t give it 5 stars due to hearing every step above me and the dog barking. New Year’s Eve or not, the dog barked non stop from 1100 pm to 1:00 am. I can only assume they left it in the room and went out. Other than that, for an older cottage style room it was clean and convenient for my stay.
