Check in was excellent. Opalyn was kind and so accommodating. Thank you. The unit is clean and nice but not really as luxurious as described. The bathroom hot water wasn't working and they should really provide soap/handwash bottle in the bathroom. The photos in the website showed higher floor unit with view and I was told that they were occupied. I wished that when I made the booking, they messaged me about it or just advertised the specific unit available. This host has many units available so you it was bit confusing which assigned unit you will get. Parking availability is excellent and convenient.

This place is amazing! We are so happy we stayed in this place. The staff are so nice ( especially Opal), the rooms/apartment is so clean and spacious and the location of the hotel is perfect! I would recommend this place to everyone going to Baguio.

Staff were great they catered to our needs. Overall , the unit is clean. Only downside is the couch, it has large dreadful stains.The gray blankets had a “wet dog smell “ to them. And I selected a mountain side view but was given a street view.

Staff was nice. Place was very pretty and clean. So close to good sheperd for those who like to try their famous Ube Halaya. Only comment was after the power outage for less than an hour.. the hot water was gone too.😕 But that was it. Evertyhing else, I’m giving a thumbs up 👍

Super clean and safe place to stay.

Alvin is very accommodating and super friendly. The place is spacious for 6 people. Super clean. We’re very happy and comfortable with our stay. The only issue I have is the water heater on the shower is not working.
