The location is safe and close to different restaurants. Just a 3 minutes walk to bus station and 6-7 minutes walk to metro station. The room is clean and tidy but quite small.

We would like to extend our million thanks to Juan on the front desk who was very helpful, accommodating and guiding us our stay at the hotel and providing directions to visit beautiful places in Paris memorable. We also thanks Alex for his kindness in checking us in earlier after we arrived at the hotel so early from Airport. The room was always clean. There was an issue of the clogging shower area but was quickly fixed. The breakfast was wonderful but it is suggested if you can serve different varieties of items in different days not same items for five consecutive days. Overall, everything was wonderful and we highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. For sure, we will love to stay again in this hotel when we come back to visit Paris.

It was in the location we wanted, close to the Eiffel tower, which was great. However upon check-in, we were told that we never finished booking our room and they had no record of us having a room there. Despite the fact that I showed the staff member at the desk our confirmation that our room was paid in full, showing the charge on my credit card bill, as well as showing them an email they sent us, welcoming us to Paris and asking if there was anything they cold do to make our stay better. The situation was eventually resolved after about 30 minutes, but if you are booking through hotels.com, make sure to have all your booking confirmation with you. Not sure where the mix up was, but it was not the best start to our trip. As for location, and food and shopping nearby, - perfect.

Chambre bruyante (on entend quand un voisin se douche ou va aux toilettes, les passants discuter dans la rue...), draps inconfortables et texturés (laissent des traces), pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, douche minuscule, propreté de la salle de bain à revoir. A peine possible de s'assoir dans les toilettes.

Outstanding boutique hotel with excellent customer service! Due to train and flight cancellations, they were able to modify my reservations to ensure my trip ended on a positive note. Spotless facilities with well-appointed rooms. This hotel is a gem, and I will certainly be returning!
