Hot tub has been broken for at least a year. No drinks or snacks allowed by pool. Dirty socks, food, and bottled drinks found under bed. However, bed and pillows were comfy, staff is beyond amazing, breakfast is great

The hotel was a little dated and the water pressure was non existent. The breakfast was not that great. But the staff were absolutely the best I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I am in the area.

The location was awesome. The building was a little older and it showed signs of wear, but the staff was committed to improving its quality. The hot tub was not working, but the pool was nice. Our room was comfortable and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was good and the decor was perfect. Would stay there again if get the chance.

The property is older but extremely clean. The staff were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles daily. Indoor pool was well maintained. Would have loved it if the hot tub worked.

Took me 20 mins and calling the hotel from the front desk to get someone up there , and then they ended up giving us 3 different rooms because the key cards would not work , the last room they put us in didn’t even have a shower head . This was New Year’s Eve .. we were freezing outside waiting on them to let us in the rooms when the keys wouldn’t work , plus we ended up being late for our plans . The next morning the juice machine didn’t work .. food was ran out and was just an over all awful experience.. this place needs better management and better things

The coffee pot in our room had coffee still in pot and mold had started taking over. Had to have been sitting in the pot for couple of weeks for that amount of mold to be growing. Did advise the front attendant who was very gracious and went and got us a new coffee pot. Also there was a good amount of dust on the microwave cart and dresser so not sure when was the last time the room was cleaned and one of the dresser drawers was coming apart. The day we checked out the pool had some awful scum or something floating on top of the water. The staff was wonderful and very attentive just the rooms need better attention.

From the moment I entered, I was completely pleased. The front desk attendant was the friendliest and most helpful person. I wish I could remember her name because I would definitely mention her. She was definitely a wonderful person. Check in was fast and simple. We entered our room which was clean and comfortable however when we used the bathroom, we noticed a leak from the toilet. I addressed this with the front deck and was immediately offered another room of the same quality. Again everything went smoothly. The second room was also clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying. Price was affordable, room was perfect but the front desk attendant was the best. She really improved my vacation experience especially after having 2 miserable nights at country inn and suites in Chattanooga Tn. I would highly recommend Super 8 Eureka Springs, Ark.
