Pool looked great, but was too cold for a swim. Looks like the hot tub and sauna are in construction. No elevators, but a ramp up to the 2nd level. The airport shuttle runs from 5am to 9 or 10pm. My flight was at 5:35am so i had to take an Uber. I did not read the fine print when i booked unfortunately which gives the timings I think.

One night stay, staff were brilliant at answering all queries, taking us to train station, beach and airport, all included in the stay! Knowledge of local area was fab, even writing down what stops we needed for the train and how much/where to pay etc! We had breakfast and and evening meal, neither were paid for during booking and both were reasonable We booked for my daughter’s birthday and left a note saying this on booking in the comments box, when we arrived every staff member we met wished her a happy birthday! Pool warm which was lovely as were used to ice cold pools, our room overlooked the pool which was a perfect location to see the sea miles away too
