The location was perfect for Tybee/Savannah touristing and the beach/ocean view from our unit was fantastic! We really enjoyed that there were over-night community quiet hours, allowing quality sleep! In terms of cleanliness, all linens and surfaces were spotless, but the floor was a bit grimy in places. We truly had an amazing stay; our only small complaints were the minimal space for our suitcases and the need for the full address of where to pick up your passes/keys as there a couple spots on the island with the same number and street.

The condo was fully staffed with towels, dishes, no way put luggage on a cart or get up the stairs with it. There was a ramp but on other side of where room was a lot of walking my aunt is handicapped with a cane wasn’t helpful it was hard get to beach then bugs ate U up while U were at the beach. Coach bed was not comfortable but love the kitchen cabinets, dishes, oven, cleanliness of microwave, ease to get key & return the key. No hot tub near by like described.

The condo we stayed in was super clean, kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking. Bed is extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony is phenomenal, the dolphins put on a show every evening we could see from the beach or the balcony. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.
