Localização excelente! Vista maravilhosa!Café da manhã bom para a categoria do hotel, nada de excepcional. Quarto de bom tamanho, cama confortável, banheiro de bom tamanho. O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza, se vc não solicitar, não limpam . Duas vezes tive que implorar pra limpar o quarto e trocar o lixo do banheiro e repor papel higiênico. A resposta era sempre a mesma"alta demanda". Se tem alta demanda, então contratem mais funcionários. E qdo pedimos o carro, levou uma eternidade pra trazerem, muito demorado, mais de 20 minutos. A piscina aquecida estava tão quente, que não dava pra entrar, poderiam deixar numa temperatura mais agradável, afinal estava muito calor. A jacuzzi ou estava muito fria ou muito quente. O que valeu mesmo foi a localização. Precisa melhorar muito em relação a arrumação dos quartos, não dá pra ter que implorar pela limpeza. Não é culpa dos funcionários e sim de quem gerencia e contrata, querem economizar explorando os funcionários.
