Horrible! Don’t spend your money! Bathtub was flooding and black dirty tub with other people hair. Old Shower head was spreading out to the floor .. toilet was dirty. Bed was comfy. Our slide door to our bedroom was broken. Old building. Can hear dogs barking in rooms. Pool I did not see anyone clean the pool. We did not use it. Thank god! Overall stay 1 star. Breakfast was okay! Never coming back. Thanks. Good near the area overpriced and gross. Pizza and salads was awful. Thank me later. No refund or discounts.

We had reservations for Eisinhower, next door to the other hotel. Note - if you check in late, you'll have to check in next door. Fortunately they took pity on us and put us in a room in the other hotel. Room was huge and clean - comfortable bed and great ammenities. Definitely recommend!

We would stay here again. We would not book another room over looking the pool, I thought it would be cool especially if we went swimming to be able to come right out our room and go to the pool. Boy was it loud! People's voices echo lol. But the staff and hotel was great, we will be back this year!

The toilet ran the whole time we were there. The bed was very uncomfortable. Both of our backs hurt each night we were there. Mine was so bad the second night I slept sitting up in the hair verses laying down. None of the extra locks on our door worked. The breakfast was pretty much empty and what was there was very dried out our first morning there. I understand it was “off season” and there weren’t many people there, but they should still keep the food fresh for those of us there. I think during off season, or when there aren’t any people there breakfast shouldn’t be 7-10, it should be less hours so the food can be kept fresh. We ended up going out and having to spend more money that I wasn’t planning on spending since one of the reasons I picked this hotel was because of the breakfast included.

I had booked a stay at the Eisenhower Hotel & Conference Center. I booked a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the Eisenhower Hotel was basically closed and guests would be staying at the connected Aspire Hotel. I specifically chose this hotel for the balcony/pool. The Eisenhower Hotel should not be taking reservations if it is not operating this time of year (weekend of Nov 22nd).

The staff was excellent, especially in the gift shop deli. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds are on the firm side. The breakfast was just shy of amazing! I definitely recommend staying here if you like a great breakfast and firm beds.

Not what I expected at all. The entire hotel smelled like weed and mildew. They put both of our rooms on opposite sides of the hotel. We asked to switch the one room because the smell was horrendous. They moved that room across from my other room so unsure why that couldn’t have been done in the first place. Also the hotel doesn’t look anything like the photos online. I tripped on the carpets they are all lifting up. My kids were upset I wouldn’t let them in the pool because the hotel overall didn’t feel clean.

The bed was horrible!!! The bed had springs in it that you could hear when you sat on the bed not to mention you could feel them when lying down in bed. I have never heard a bed like this even when I was a kid. Very uncomfortable, especially for someone who has had back surgery. When I or my husband would roll over it disrupted the other person's sleep.
