This was the perfect property to stay at during our visit to El Calafate. One block off the main road, so it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Loved how cozy this hotel was and the restaurant is excellent! Would stay here again.

4/10 Fair

Staff was wonderful. Room not so much. It was like roughing it in a small cabin. Room was TINY. Plumbing was difficult. They want to be environmentally friendly and ask about washing your towels daily but then every faucet in the place leaks, and badly. Only one trash can. Sheets were like sandpaper and didn't even cover the length of the bed. Breakfast was tiny and not well looked after. When I went there was one pat of butter and two glasses for juice left. Coffee ran out soon after and wasn't replaced for at least 15 minutes. Also there is a problem with wild dogs in El Calafate and there was a pack near the hotel. They barked all night every night. I would never stay here again. I would rather stay at a hostel.

2/10 Poor

The breakfast had no options and didn’t have even eggs. Even the coffee was not fresh. There was no hot water in our room and had to ask the personnel to come and take a look.
