We enjoyed the room and the beds for so comfortable. The only thing we had a problem with was the door to the hotel room would not shut properly so you had to pull or push hard to shut it and the key card for the back door of the property was not working correctly so had to go back in the front door every time. Very clean and relaxing.

We stayed at this hotel the first night we were in town for the car show. It’s well located right across the street from the beach basically. It’s an older hotel but well kept. Beds were comfortable and things were generally clean. We’ve stayed there before and we would probably stay there again. Though they do raise the price significantly for a car week which is annoying.

We were so pleasantly surprised each day at Surf and Sand. The staff went above and beyond each day. Housekeeping was too notch with towel designs and the front desk offered complimentary beach wagon each day. The views of sunrise from our room were spectacular. The coffee was really good and available 24 hours. Proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. Overall this place far exceeded our expectations given the affordability. We will be back!
