Everything was pretty good, rooms clean, front desk lady was very nice. The reason im giving it 3 stars is because i called and specifically asked if the pool and hot tub were open and was told yes. We get there get ready to swim and guess what happens next? Hot tub closed no water in it. Not sure why I was lied to but most likely wont return because of it
