Very friendly staff and excellent facilities. Great to have the pool available from early morning. Only downside was the restaurant’s bizarre ‘policy’ (apparently the chef’s decision) of trying to charge £3.50 for substituting couscous with mashed potato. According to the receptionist the following day, this has now been stopped, but unfortunately too late to avoid a sour taste at the time of the meal. But well done to the waitress for taking note of our concerns and passing them on to management

We were told prior to booking that kids could use the hot tub and the pool, but in fact they couldn’t use the hot tub, only the pool. The overall cleanliness could have been better. The bedroom was clean but the bathroom was dated and needed various repairs. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The food was ok but overpriced for what it was. The staff were all amazing and very friendly.
