Overall a good place to stay. Ski lift only a short walk away and complimentary shuttle offered in the morning anyway. The only reason for four stars not five was the hotel restaurant and even the bar is closed on Sunday and Monday nights. The nearest restaurants are a (free) bus ride away.

This was a lovely hotel. They do most of their business during the skiing months but we went in the summer. The views were amazing and they recommended the lift to the glacier at 10,000 feet. Amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful...especially one young lady that's been there a couple of years (blonde curly hair, sorry can't remember her name).She helped us with reservation choices, bus schedules and even got a a 50% off fair for the lift.

The hotel has an excellent view towards the Alps if your room and balcony are located on the south side of the building. Rooms are very spacious with large balconies. Breakfasts are copious and the personnel very friendly and helpful! We had a wonderful experience staying in Crans Montana 🌞.
