Cleaner is definitely NOT doing their job! Yes the hotel is dated but theres absolutely no excuse for bad cleaning it'll ruin their business. Cleaner was outside our window smoking all morning so we couldn't even open the window in our room. Reception staff very friendly and helpful couldnt fault them at all.

The location is wonderful right on the seafront, with a car park. The property itself could do with modernising throughout. The bar area vibe doesn’t match the style of the building. My room wasn’t particularly clean the headboard had dust and the tv was covered in dust and the remote was sticky and dirty. The shower didn’t have hot water. We didn’t have a comfortable sleep as the bed was hard and lumpy. If the rooms had a refresh it would be a great place to stay.

i booked 4 single rooms for 4 guests which also included a late check out , even though i wasn't staying. i was woken up by the hotel giving me a early wake up call at 3am !! in reference to the hotel windows were draughty and only single glazing my guests who needed the late check out was woken up by cleaners trying to get in the room overall experience hotel clean but probably wouldnt recommend

Staff very friendly. lounge, reception and bar very clean and refurbished. Unfortunately the room let it down with lots of damage to the walls and the bathroom including past damp leaks and previous guests hair everywhere. Free WiFi in room with smart tv and sea view within very close walking distance to the town was a bonus though, was fine for what we needed the room for.
