Check in staff excellent & lobby with Starbucks & pub very useful indeed. Room comfortable & clean with a nice view. UF there was a negative, it would be the window frames which had not been cleaned ever & were dusty to the point of mould. However, this did not detract from an overall great stay.

The hotel is near alot of businesses for food, shopping, and entertainment. Yet, it is dated and the lighting is dark to not show how wore down it is. Old is not an issue but dated and rundown us different. You have to pay extra for every selling point they offer. So for aĺl that unless you're set on swimming in a busy pool etc. then not worth it. The good thing is the location and the room was not freezing like most hotels. The staff were responsive.

Came back to my room on the Wed evening, to find feces sitting in the toilet, and the room smelling. I flushed it down, reported to reception, who just said, Yes, we have a plumbing problem. No offer of changing rooms etc. Next morning, woke up to stinking room, and more feces in the toilet. Checked out a day early because of this, advised reception, who simply said, OK.
