We arrived shortly after a sandstorm so understandably the hotel had some work to do to tidy up. The restaurants were all mostly open and the food was of a good standard. The hotel is in walking distance to the beach but you do need to cross a busy road. The resort has a lot of facilities and I’m sure during the man holiday season is a great place to be. During our stay there were a number of building works taking place and 2 pools were out of service, one of which was the “water park”. This was not mentioned to us during the booking process. The main buildings are well maintained and the staff are all very good. The room we had was beginning to look a little tired in places.

We loved our stay (August 2025) at the Royal And Imperial Belvedere hotel. Our room was great, newly decorated and spotlessly clean. The main dining area is really big and being able to sit outside meant you didn't feel like you were going to the same restaurant for every meal! Lots of fresh food options, the grill and the salad bars were excellent. The causal dining options were also great with a range of family friendly food available. Having a separate bar area from the entertainment means you can choose a more peaceful spot in the evening, or get involved in the fun. The pools are fab - a 50 metre pool on holiday! Even when it was busy it didn't feel busy. Plenty of sunbeds available around the pools or on the peaceful sun terrace. Theres not a lot to walk to nearby and the local beaches are taken up by sunbeds from the bars, but we'd recommend a walk into Koutouloufari for a look round the shops or a drink in the evening.

The resort is very well maintained and services offered are various. Excellent for families but also for young boys up to 18… the pools the restaurant the bar everything very good. All inclusive all the day and night… also cocktails. Excellent week of vacation super relaxing.

The hill walking up to the prperty can be daunting but the hotel resort itself is great. Also the app for the resort could do with improving as the restraunt bookings was slow
