Property is beautiful and situated right on the trail leading into Avila beach. It was quiet, very clean, and so very cute. Our room was spacious with a fireplace, balcony looking into the trail and nature, and huge bathroom. My only small issue was the price to use the pool at the Avila Club next door. I can understand paying an additional fee, but it was really pricey per person and this was on top of the 30 dollars you are already paying for facilities fee. I would come again if the hotel could negotiate a better price to use the pool for guests staying at the inn next door. If you don’t care about a pool, then it’s an absolutely perfect place to stay.
