Comfy bed great stay right next to tram station

One of the receptionist seems a little cheeky and wasn’t very helpful or friendly as such. The slimmer figure with long straight hair one was nicer. Sorry didn’t catch their names. The room size is not huge, a little bit like what you would expect compared to staying in London. Toilet hanging bar got a little rusty. But a part from that the room is clean and nice bed. Curtain is dark enough for a good sleep. The building is located at the side of the street so not noisy at all. If it wasn’t for the receptionist I would happy to provide 5* overall.

The hotel is well located. Uptodate and clean. Was abit disappointed with hotel requests, as requested an iron and was told it had to be collected from reception. For the standard of hotel, i would have expected it to be dropped off outside the room. Overall, nice stay.

I’ve stayed here a few times when I come to Manchester - all staff are always nice and have a chat with you, hotel feels safe, it’s not noisy, good location, very clean, bar area is nice. I think it’s a really good price for where it is. Only negative this time was the room I had was really small - the gap between the bottom of the bed and the wall (which the tv was on) was so narrow and almost nonexistent making it difficult to get to the other side of the room where the desk was. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.
