All of the front desk staff were rude. Fire alarm was going off 6:30 7 o’clock in the morning go downstairs because it continued to go off and asked the front desk attendant and she’s just shrugged her shoulders. No apologies just frustration from her.Another time went downstairs and asked for toilet paper because our room had less than half a roll when we got there. She told us that we would have to wait for housekeeping to bring it to us cause she didn’t have it at the desk.when informing the front desk attendant that we had work in hotels, too, she all of a sudden found some. One of the other hotel employees met us in the elevator and saw the encounter between us and said that she has everything that you need right there. The hotel room had been poorly cleaned and there was still hair in the shower from the previous guest. The blonde woman at the front desk was by far one of the rudest staff members at a hotel I’ve ever encountered. Other guests at breakfast mentioned it too the only pleasant person that we really encounter was the lady doing the breakfast. She was very kind and probably the only reason we smiled at that hotel.

We got in at almost 2pm & she checked us in early and she charged me $25 for early check in fee. The room was horrible & we didn't use the pool or had breakfast since it was a quick business trip.

Crackhead homeless tents in the parking lot. Super sketchy area, even as Albuquerque goes. Blankets were stained, bed was hard as a rock, people on floor 2 kept slamming doors all night, hot tub was lukewarm and jets broken, vending machines empty, laundry was out of service. Best part was the free breakfast. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Waiting to check in the desk clerk was stressed and discussing employee issues with someone on phone. He had a phone call with maintenance guy who couldn’t get a ride for another 45 minutes. After 20 minutes got our key, get to room and it doesn’t open. Long story short manager bypassed system and got is into room but wasn’t fixed until 30 minutes later. And while waiting to tell front desk door wouldn’t open woman behind me said “oh are you in room 207? They tried to give it to us earlier”. Advertised newly renovated property not so much- outside area dirt and weeds. Inside a bit of paint in some areas. And finally went to breakfast 30 minutes before closing and hot food mostly out and very little else. Attendant said sorry we are out. Have stayed here for a few years on way to Arizona but never again.

The pool was nasty and had trash in it, it was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom of it.and its indoors. It smelled like urine, and cold like ice the hot tub was no better we didn't us either of them.
