Although the bartender was friendly, it was extremely difficult to get service because he was the only person checking on guest, making drinks and answering the phones. Everything about the experience required more time and patience then should be required for a hotel say. The shuttle driver in the morning looks also the front desk person he was not friendly or polite. The bar had a poor sanitation score as did the dining area. A 90 and a 91 are not score as I would expect for a hotel charging $200 on a Monday night.
