This was our first stay and visit to Key West. We were very impressed with this booking. Rooms were very clean; grounds were very well taken care of, and the pool/hot tub was great. "Sammy from Miami" was a great host, made the best breakfast waffles with fruit, and Katie the dog was a plus. Within walking distance to Duvall Street, the Marina, and all of the attractions. The location was great to Duval Street. The only issues were the water pressure in our room was very low and the roosters crowing before the sunrise in the am, but we would stay again.

The location is great, close to everything but not too close. Once inside it's super private. Hot tub is not super hot which is nice for warmer days, but not for cooler nights. Still awesome though. Rent the bike, walk, do a sunset cruise. Take advantage of happy hour for meals at some of the nearby restaurants. Sammy is a great host here. Breakfast is included so take advantage of that too.
