While we love the Talta Lodge cabins (they are amazing), the rooms are not as good. First off, the heater made an annoying buzzing and vibrating sound the entire evening which made it hard to sleep. It was so loud we thought it was the laundry room downstairs. Next up, the lighting in the room was very dim. Two nightlight over the bed and a light with a half dead LED bulb was scarcely sufficient. We were also, despite purchasing an upgraded room, placed in a room facing the driveway, meaning we had to have the curtains down the entire time for privacy. Also, not a huge gripe, but they forgot to put towels in our bathroom and didnt remember until the next morning. It was good for what it was, but we probably wouldn't return during ski season.
