Our first stay; able to park underground on a Sunday so happy to pay for parking which felt very secure. Staff extremely helpful in ensuring that we took the correct route out of Swindon when leaving. Duty manager on our check in date helped us find a local pub for the Sunday football. He also provided a place to store luggage in the meantime. Good breakfast before we set off

Room was ok, outdated but clean otherwise. The bathroom floor tiles and caulking were stained and felt dirty. Shower pressure was amazing, they had dove shampoo, conditioner and soap which was a nice surprise. Breakfast had warm dishes (eggs, bacon, hash brown, beans), coffee, juices, cereals and muffins, croissants and pancakes. I wouldn't stay here longer since the amenities were quite poor but for one night stay (passing through Swindon) this was totally fine and staff that we encountered were super friendly and helpful.

The main bedroom was okay, other than not being able to open a window. The shower room however was very poor. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which we reported. The shower tray flooded while showing, and there was mould around the door frame which I expect was a result of the damp and odours. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good. Parking was easy at the nearby Shepperd Street and easily organised at checkin.
