To my amazement the staff was super unhelpful. Let me start by saying I waited at the front counter for over 30 minutes just to check in as the front desk clerk ran to Burger king to get something to eat. Also, I paid for a room for 4 people and when I got to the room there was only 2 towels, I went down to the front desk to ask for more towels, and I was told we have to check and see if we have anymore. We decided to go get dinner and when we got back the towels were on the counter at the front desk. The next morning, we came to the breakfast area for a coffee, and the milk machine was out of milk. I notified the breakfast attendant, and she gave me the dirtiest look and huffed and puffed because I asked her kindly to fill the milk Despenser up. I do believe the staff here could use some additional training on customer service as it seems to be lacking in all aspects.
