It's a nice place in a good location. I was only disappointed with the check-in, which was at a different location a 10-minute walk away. The staff person texted he could meet me at the place, and later offered to pick me up at the bus station but the latter offer came to late and the first offer was not made clear in the text. A simpler way, rather than have a separate check-in location, would be to have lock boxes at the residence so that guests could self-check-in.

Location is close to the Center of Rovinj but also very quiet. You walk about 150 m to be at the harbour line. Very modern building, parking close to the house. Our room was very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay at this location and surely can recommend it.

The room is tiny, barely enough to laid down our two suitcases. No table and no bottle water. Check-in and parking are away from the property. Extra Euro 15 for overnight parking, a bit expensive.Good thing is the location which is only 5-10 minutes away from the harbour and old town.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Clean, modern room. It is within walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town. Convenient parking. We had a GPS in the car to help find the hotel. Not easy to find street names. Check in and out is not at the hotel so make sure you are able to call Avora management at their number. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. 😊
