The water pressure in our shower was inconsistent; at times, there was no water coming out. Several times, we had to wait a little while before trying again. And during our showers, the pressure often slowed to a trickle for a minute or so before returning--very frustrating.
The worst part was that when we reported this to the desk staff (which we did on three separate occasions), they told us that was not possible. Other guests we chatted with at breakfast described a similar experience.
I contacted management when we returned home, and I received no reply at all--total silence.
To be clear, the housekeeping staff were very nice, and the food service staff were fine (they seemed understaffed at breakfast)--desk staff were not polite or responsive at all.
