I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights

If you care about Atlantis then worth staying here as it's 300m or so to the entrance of the resort. Entrance to the resort is already included in the rate so better take advantage of it. Otherwise, incredibly overpriced. It's definitely got a tired rundown, over perfumed musky feeling. The breakfast is ok. Nothing amazing.

The staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly!!! The breakfasts were good and they had fresh fruit daily. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The water pressure is different, not sure if it's an island thing or a hotel pump. It has good pressure, then no pressure, wait less than a minute and the pressure's back. It's a very short walk to Atlantis (less than 5 minutes)which has all the shopping, beachfront, water park and food options one needs. Great place to stay which comes with all the ameneties at the Atlantis.

Nice breakfast to fuel us up for the water park, till lunch time anyway! Very close to the east entrance of Atlantis. Big room, love the partial wall to give a little separation from the sleeper sofa and the other beds. Good pool area, next to the bar area and restaurant.

I arrived to early and my room was not ready. I went to the hotel restaurant to get some food, when I returned to the front desk the line was so long. I went to the counter to see if my room was ready because if was well after 3:00 pm .. they said my room wasn’t ready. I was very tired so I told them just give me a room with a king size bed. The room they put me in had filthy carpet, television wasn’t working so it had to be replaced. The bathroom toilet kept running when you flush it. Water pressure was low in the tub and at the sink while brushing my teeth. Ice machines were not working on several floors. On my last night I had to call the front desk due to children running in the hallway and other customers talking loud outside my room door. Then to top it off a large 🐜 bug not sure if it was a king size roach was crawling on my wall in my room. I had to get my shoe and kill it! This hotel is not handicap accessible! They need to close and upgrade this hotel. I will never stay here again. I paid too much for a 4 night stay $1, 423.00…. I should be refunded for everything I had to put up with! The only perks were the complimentary breakfast and free admission to Atlantis and Adventure Waterpark. I will be staying at the Warwick when I return it is an all adult resort, no noisey children running around. Hotels.com you need to refund me my money back from this hotel stay. Springbreak vacation gone wrong!!!

The check in process takes a very long time so we spent lots of time waiting in line to get checked in. Check in was at 3pm and our rooms were not ready. We had to wait an additional hour to get our rooms. There is only one elevator located way at the back of the hotel so very inconvenient for strollers and luggage. Staff was friendly.

The water pressure in our shower was inconsistent; at times, there was no water coming out. Several times, we had to wait a little while before trying again. And during our showers, the pressure often slowed to a trickle for a minute or so before returning--very frustrating. The worst part was that when we reported this to the desk staff (which we did on three separate occasions), they told us that was not possible. Other guests we chatted with at breakfast described a similar experience. I contacted management when we returned home, and I received no reply at all--total silence. To be clear, the housekeeping staff were very nice, and the food service staff were fine (they seemed understaffed at breakfast)--desk staff were not polite or responsive at all.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were amazing since we were allowed entry to Atlantis. Although I was accidentally charged twice, the staff caught it and fixed it. The restaurant had great food!

Beds were comfortable, room all together not thay great, no water pressure, balcony door, very hard to open. I would say only 40% of staff her friendly. Expedia offered a total of $150USD food credit, and it took over an hoir to sort it out with the manager because they did not want to honor it. The houee keeping lady at the front very rude. And at the bar, they were not nice wither, Expedia gave us a voucher for 4 free drinks and once they seen I had that coupon thwir attitude changed like they were not interest in taking my order. The day pass to Atlantis was a plus. The breakfast area was not very clean, and took awhile to restock items when finished. Also birds flying everywhere, right on the table you are eating at. And the stairs/hallways had a very unpleasant smell.
