Room appeared clean- but the floors were super dirty. I had to wipe down my bare feet because of hair and dust that was on the floor. Also, the staff were VERY noisy during the middle of the night and had to be asked 3 TIMES to walk away and chat somewhere else before they listened. They had no regard for the fact that people were trying to sleep nearby.

Seemed understaffed. Asked for towels for pool and after fourth attempt, finally got some. Breakfast was okay. With a little better staffing and some fine tuning it could be a better place to stay. Pool water was greenish. Front desk was friendly.

Well the only towels we got our whole time there were two hand towels, that’s the biggest one. Aside from that, everything was decent, it was clean enough but not spotless. The bathtub had some strange stains but the sheets were clean and that was the most important thing for me. The hot tub didn’t have working jets, and definitely needs a new filter cause there were some floaters in the water that were questionable. It isn’t her fault, but the lady who checked us in was very clearly overwhelmed as she was the only one there and guests needed towels or check-ins or what had you, I felt so bad she was by herself on a Friday night, with 5 people in line and phones ringing off the hook. She was kind and helpful, just overworked. Management needs to hire more employees and fix some issues.

The room had broken outlet covers, the ice machine was broken, the grounds needed maintenance. Even with blackout curtains the room had lots of light coming in. The staff was courteous and friendly but the hotel could use some work. Our room door didn’t have a safety lock on it for added protection which I find odd since most places do. The room wasn’t quite ready at check in time of 3 pm, they had me wait for an extra 10 minutes which wasn’t a huge deal for me. There was a couple fighting loudly. It seemed as though they may have some residents living there so not completely a hotel but I can’t say for sure.

Toilet seat was almost falling off, tank on toilet was loose could turn bolts with hand, asked for accessible room and it wasn’t, sliding barn door to bathroom was not functioning, fan was hanging out of cieling and didn’t t work, toilet plugged before we used it. They did give us a plunger to unplug it ourselves.

I called for a late check-in. I advised i wouldn't be arriving until very late, way past check-in time 2am. I was told "Thats completely ok. Our front dest is open 24/7. However, when i arrived, they would not check me in at all. Because I didnt give them an exact time when I was never asked. Even after confirming i called, theu told.me to cancel my reservation & rebook it even though it was paid in full & I had done ALL that was required of me.

The front desk was super cool and friendly. The room was kinda clean. It looks clean but was dirty. The bath tub was slimy when i stepped in to shower and almost slipped inside the tub several times. The bathroom door was dirty when the door was closed but clean on the outside (sliding barn door style) bed was clean and made and no bed bugs. The pool and hot tub were disgusting. First the pool was warm and the hot tub was just a little warmer. The hot tub had a nasty brown slime and inch wide, like dead skin, wrapped around the water line. The jets didnt work and it was bath water warm. I saw the slime and got out so i didnt get in the pool. There were no towls with a sign that said to get towls from my room it was a cold run back. The breakfast buffet was your standard continental breakfast watery scrambled eggs out of a carton, sausage, no bacon, cereal, no fruit, coffee and waffle batter. The breakfast was what made up my decision to stay here, very disappointing to wake up to that trash. It was $70 to stay wish i had went to the hilton next door. For some reason i could only sleep 4 hours idk why i was tired from driving all day but couldnt get back to sleep. If theres a next time ill go somewhere else.

Clean, basic motel. Spacious rooms, old furnishings. Staff very helpful in person, not so much on phone. Free breakfast: waffles, egg, sausage, toast, muffins. That’s about it.
