The room was very clean. Lobby staff were very helpful and very nice. The sports shuttle to the games in St Louis is an absolute Little Treasure they need to be sure and advertise on! It was great and convenient for our large group. Some of our group even stayed in the casinos RV Park that also should be advertised

Only one elevator is working. The toilet was worn out. And still, no breakfast. They have a room that looks like they used to offer breakfast. The casino and tram was a great extra. We have stayed many times.

Good price and clean - but the hotel is very warn. It needs a major renovation. Also EV charging is old style with no NACS (think Tesla) connectors. Tesla was the #1 selling car - 🚗 indicative of how outdated the hotel is. It’s a shame since it has a casino and is just across the river from the arch.
