Well equipped we only slept there for a few hours before flight out of sfb so we didnt use anything or the pool but the bed was good it was clean..negatives would be the bathtub...it needs a good cleaning with barskeepers and some bleach...we pyt a towel in the tub for our feet

So overall the place is okay, it’s a bit outdated. The rooms have a oldly smell to it. Didn’t really need the the help of staff members, they could really use more professional staff, especially front desk; giving attitude for no reason. If you’re younger consider the fact that there a lot of creepy old men. The days we stayed even police officers had to show up, coincidentally it was the people staying over across from us. They keep being loud and no staff ever came. Overall 3/5

Kitchen had minimal items for food prep and eating - only two spoons, forks and knives, and only one pot. Two electrical outlets above sink did not work. Toaster worked only in the bathroom. Rug was ripped and covered by a chair. Had to return to the desk twice to have keycards rescanned. Showerhead and water controls were rusty. Building was not shielded adequately against road noise. It was a cheap rate, though.

I want to start by saying the staff were incredible. They handled my concerns with genuine grace and respect, which I truly appreciated. The property itself—both interior and exterior—appears well maintained, and the pool and grill area provided a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. Nothing seemed broken or neglected. However, there was a consistent issue with an unpleasant odor in the hallways and rooms. I stayed in three different rooms across two floors. While the fourth floor was slightly better than the second, the smell was still noticeable in both the hallway and the rooms. This was disappointing, especially given how well everything else is cared for. It’s unfortunate because the staff works hard to create a welcoming environment, yet both guests and employees are affected by this issue. I hope management addresses it soon, as this hotel has a lot of positive qualities otherwise.
